REVIEW: BUY A TICKET TAKE THE RIDE
26 Jul 2007
Although it's not excactly Siren related and I really did have better things to do, somehow the urgency was overshadowed by a sharp hangover, and inside a dark theatre was the place to be. So in an attempt to be productive I'll sum up the experience: -
AND SO IT BEGINS - MIFF IS HERE
26 Jul 2007
Last night the 56th Melbourne International Film Festival launched with a bang at the Regent Theatre and the Australian premiere of Mike Moore's new polemic, Sicko. A special mention needs to be made of the surprise opening short, Remember My Name, which added a wonderfully Melbourne touch before we launched into the evils of the American health care industry. -
'THE SHINING PATH' EXHIBITION AND LAUNCH PARTY
24 Jul 2007

20 Jul 2007
Here’s the deal. For the last 8 months we have been in negotiation with our Japanese counterpart to license the final 3 series of the original Samurai TV show, and despite our best efforts, the demands made are completely unreasonable, and do not constitute what we see as an ‘agreement’ of any kind. As it stands Series 1-6 will be available to purchase until the end of October, and then unfortunately….this is where Shintaro’s story will end for his fans.... -
