Here’s the deal. For the last 8 months we have been in negotiation with our Japanese counterpart to license the final 3 series of the original Samurai TV show, and despite our best efforts, the demands made are completely unreasonable, and do not constitute what we see as an ‘agreement’ of any kind. As it stands Series 1-6 will be available to purchase until the end of October, and then unfortunately….this is where Shintaro’s story will end for his fans.
