Welcome to a world where violence is a virtue and depravity is a way of life. This is the underside of Shinjuku and the home of Kakihara, a sadistic Yakuza killer. A world-exclusive anime companion to the infamous, hyper-violent Japanese psychological thriller 'Ichi the Killer,' this animated feature, penned by the original series creator Hideo Yamamoto, is significantly more shocking and controversial than its live-action counterpart.
